By downloading or using Morphy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Morphy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Morphy Pro — Subscription

Morphy Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription:

• Price: 2.99 €/month (or local equivalent)
• Free trial: 7 days (new subscribers only)
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage or cancel at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions

4. Morphy Pro — One-Time Purchase

Morphy Pro is also available as a one-time purchase, granting permanent access to all Pro features.
