Morphy accesses, with your explicit permission, health data stored in Apple Health (HealthKit) on your device:

• Heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
• Workouts (type, duration, load)
• Sleep
• Daily steps
• Weight and body composition
• Estimated VO2 Max

This data constitutes sensitive health data under Article 9 of the GDPR.

3. Purpose of Processing

To display personalised health insights: heart rate zones, training load, sleep quality, estimated fitness level. No other use is made of this data.

4. Legal Basis

Your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), given when granting access to Apple Health. You may withdraw it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Morphy.
